Personal Statement

I am committed to being the best I can be. This applies to all areas of my life. My primary goals now are to succeed academically and excel physically. I attend a college prep high school that is very demanding academically. I spend part of my time on a high school campus and the other half on at a community college.

I train year-round with a personal trainer. Our focus is on building strength and speed. I train on some days before school, in the evening, and on the weekends. I run varsity track in the spring to bring my game to the next level. 

I have led my team over the past two seasons in total yards and rushing yards. I led the TAIAO Division 2 Conference for rushing yards in 2017-2018 with over 1600 yards and ended my 2018-2019 season with over 1,300 rushing yards and averaging 108 yds/game. In TAIAO, we follow the mercy rule of 45 points. This past season we ended 10 of our 12 games early because of the mercy rule. I was named Offensive MVP in our state championship game on December 1, 2018.
