Personal Statement

I’ve been playing football since I was first able to in first grade. Since the first time I put on the pads I knew this sport was for me. I attend 7A Benet Acacdemy who have made it to the semifinals 2 of my 3 seasons here. I started freshman and sophomore years however I missed most of my junior season with a broken hand. I have played center all my years here but can also play guard if needed. Personally, I cannot stand to be second best on or off the field. This forces me to push myself in the weight room, field, and classroom. Though I want to lift myself up I also do everything I can to lift up and help my teammates. I do this not only because I want my team to succeed but because of the sense of brotherhood that makes me want them as indivuals to do better. This sense of brotherhood and my passion for the sport are the two biggest factors pulling me towards college football.
