Personal Statement

Moving to a new place in Lexington Kentucky and going to a high school where the football team has made it to back to back State championships is pretty intimidating. Now since i have become a junior, the win rate of our team has gone down. I believe that theres always another game to play in the season and i won’t give up on myself and the team. i will continue to put in the work and effort that is required to make this all click. I’ve personally taken a huge step in maturing and growing up through this program at Lafayette High School and i feel that i am prepared for it all. 

I aspire to play football at the next level and will do whatever it takes to make that happen. I want to do this to make my family proud, and also myself.
