Personal Statement

I attended St. Mary’s catholic school kindergarten thru 7th grade.  I entered Los Lunas public schools in 8th grade and am excited to begin my senior year at LLHS this fall.  The importance of education has always been  a priority for myself and my parents... my love of football was always dependent on my grades. So I knew that to play I would have to do well in school.
I’ve been fortunate to be a part of a really successful team at LLHS, having played in the state championship the past two years. Our coach is a great leader and role model, the whole coaching staff really encourages the importance of TEAM.  I am honored to play with some very talented team mates, as a leader on the team I too try to be a role model to younger teammates.
I am still not exactly sure what I want to study in college, radiology is something I’m interested in but I’m still trying to figure it out. I consider myself to be a responsible and respectful young man. A dedicated athlete and student who would love playing at the college level.
