Personal Statement

Hello Coaches,

I'm Micah Lewis I started playing football at 9 years old in the local recreation leagues. I have continued to play since then every year. I'm currently a junior at Cottonwood High School located in Cottonwood, Alabama. My junior year I had a good year on the field and was a one of the leading tacklers on defense. Halfway thru the season I was moved  from my safety and cornerback position to fill a needed void at outside line backer in which I done well at. I consider my self as a diamond in the ruff I have the ability and desire to achieve to be the best I can be to help my team out. I have been raised by my parents to never give up on a situation that I am faced with. I'm a very disciplined player and listener and eager to learn from my Coaches and experiences that have happened on the field. I'm working out now to get faster and stronger between playing basketball and baseball just around the corner. There are no perfect people in the world but I give it my best when I am playing on the field. I'm also a good student in the class room my GPA has gone up since my 10th grade year I was recently inducted to the National Honor Society.
