Personal Statement

My goal is to use my athletic ability to obtain a college scholarship. I would like to play for a college that values their players and supports them both on and off the field.  I believe that is an important value and I always strive to support my teammates in the same way.  I work hard and encourage my teammates by setting a good example. I constantly learn from our coaching staff and look forward to learning even more at the collegiate level. 

I have participated in football, wrestling and track.  I am currently a Team Captain for the Hampshire High School Whippurs and I am honored to have helped lead the team to a winning season my junior and senior year, as well as playoffs for the first time since 2015.  I also currently hold the Hampshire High School record for 200m dash and 4 x 200 Relay.

I always strive to do my best in everything including my academics and always challenge myself.  I am in Honors or AP classes for all of my core curriculum. 

I am also an Eagle Scout and have been in the Boy Scouting program since kindergarten.
