Personal Statement
It has always been my goal to achieve an athletic scholarship for football and further my academic career. I have been an athlete and a great teammate since I was young, growing up playing sports and playing on many different teams, I have found it very easy to build great team chemistry and be a natural leader. I'm dedicated to working hard to achieve my goals and striving to be the best on the team while also doing the best for the team. My family moved from California to Columbus, Ohio when I was in 6th grade and I started playing Ohio football in 7th grade. Not being a known player, I had to overcome adversity and show my coaches that I had the skillset to play at a high level. I earned the starting spot as the featured running back on our JV football team and have since been included in the varsity running back rotation as an up and coming junior behind two proven seniors. I have a great passion to play football at the collegiate level and I am looking forward to any opportunities that may come my way.
