Personal Statement

As a student athlete , I feel that sports aren't the only big factor when it comes to recruiting. I know that academics also play a huge role when coaches decide to look at my profile. Sports and school both have two things in common. Hard work and dedication.  Hard work separates you from the competition because hard work can beat talent. Dedication shows that when your team is down, you're the player that your coaches can put you in the game. Everyday my goal is to get better. Getting stronger, fast and becoming more agile. Learning new things, and executing the new game plans. Being apart of a team is a lot of commitment. You have to surrender all that you have to your teammates and your program. I believe that the little things matter the most. If you do the little things right, every thing else will fall in place.Whether you waking up on time, or going to class on time, and paying attention. All the little things matter.
