Georgia State Football is excited to offer a series of football camps this June. Our summer camps are a great way for young athletes to learn new techniques and become overall better football players. In addition, campers will have the opportunity to learn from our assistant football coaches and current student-athletes at Georgia State. USA FOOTBALL'S ATLANTA REGIONAL   DATES: Saturday, April 27th, 2019 & Sunday, April 28th, 2019   LOCATION: Kennesaw Mountain High School   COST: $199.00 + Processing per athlete NCAA Coaches: TBD   OVERVIEW USA Football's U.S. National Team Regional Program features two days of competition, including individual drills, 1-on-1 training and 7-on-7 situations. This includes the opportunity to train with and learn from current NCAA coaches and former NFL players and coaches.   The U.S. National Team Regionals are open to current sixth through 12th graders and provide athletes with development both on and off the field and the chance to be selected for the U.S. National Team program at their age level.   IMPORTANT REGISTRATION NOTES Online Registration will CLOSE at 9:00pm local time the night before the camp.  No walk-ups permitted onsite.  All athletes must have registered online to ensure that USA Football has proper coach to athlete ratios.   REFUND POLICY Until TWO weeks before the Regional (April 13th) - You are eligible for a refund - except for a $50 administration fee.    Within TWO weeks of the event - there will be NO REFUNDS, unless there is an injury to the ATHLETE with an accompanied official doctor's note.  LOCATION Kennesaw Mountain High School DATE

University of Alabama College Tour/Ort

In pursuit of my goals I attended Grayson Technical Education Summer Sports Medicine program June 6-10, 2016. As part of this program I was required to shadow a healthcare professional for a total of four hours. I was blessed with the opportunity to complete this requirement at Grady Memorial Hospital in the Rehabilitation Therapy department in Atlanta, Georgia. This was an amazing opportunity where, I worked in the Rehabilitation Department with Miss Rachel Trupe, PT, DPT and Miss Jacquelyn Reasor, the Director of Rehabilitation Medicine. This opportunity, allowed me to meet patients, learn about HIPPA and I gained a better understand of rehabilitation.
