Personal Statement

My name is Zane Rupe, I am a Junior at Radford Highschool in Radford Virginia. I’ve played football all of my life as soon as I could hold the ball.

       I played Jv in 8th grade and played for two years. We only had one loss in the two years I played. I moved up towards the end of the year and started on varsity as a freshman.

       When I’m on the field it’s the greatest feeling. I’m in my zone. When I’m not playing football, I don’t feel like I’m myself. Football is what I am. I love the sport. I am always trying to improve my game in all aspects. I lift and work on my skills year round. Playing college football has always been my dream since I first started.

  In the future I’d like to pursue  Athletic Training.  The one at our school is very helpful, and it seems like a fascinating career.
