Personal Statement

Having a losing season my first year of High School Football made me grow as a person, and a student athlete. I feel I grew the most as a student-athlete my sophomore year during the second game of the season they threw me in the fire and gave me my first ever start at safety and I've been a starter ever since . That experience helped me grow as a person and lead me to re-focus my own efforts on becoming a solid safety capable of playing at the college level.

I was fortunate enough have such an amazing coaching staff, leading us from 2 and 7 to 7 and 2 in a matter of one year. I learned the value of teamwork, commitment, sacrifice, and leadership so far in my second year of high school. I'm looking for a program that will be a good fit for me athletically as well as academically.  As a two-sport athlete being part of the football and the baseball team made me believe I not only have the talent to compete for a college team, but the character, work-ethic, and leadership skills to make an immediate impact on your program
