Personal Statement

I am 140 pounds and am 5'5. As a pitcher I must lead my team all the time and was the only freshman to make the All-Area team. My sophomore season I was named the State of Florida Class 4A Pitcher of the Year with 335 strike-outs in 165 innings. I love pressure situations and competition. It is my dream to play college softball because I love the game and have been playing most of my life. I would like to attend a bigger school in a larger city, but keep my mind open to all places. My realisitic goals are to get as far as I can in softball and bring new talent to whatever team I play for. My Junior year I was named Bradenton Herald Player of the Year,1st team Fla all state and was number 1 in the state with 1.97 strikeouts per inning.I have verbal ed committed to N.C. State Wolfpack and hope to lead them to an ACC championship.I will finish my senior year at Braden River High School and hope to lead them to a state final four.
