Personal Statement

IAfter highschool I plan on furthering my education at a four year college. As a freshman and sophomore in highschool I didn’t take school serious and as a result my gpa is a 2.0. During those two years I did the bare minimum just to pass. I understand the hole I dug for myself and accept full responsibility. I don’t blame anyone for my mistakes and don’t regret anything I did because in the end it’s gonna make me a better man. Goin into junior year I had to grow up quick and learn how to adjust to playing on Friday nights. I had big shoes to fill as a junior starting on varsity. I completed season with over 300 yards and 10 touchdowns but I knew this job wasn’t done yet. I workout everyday; working on skill, speed, and strength. I’ve been challenging myself in school by taking honors classes. On my report card for first semester I had two A’s three B’s and three C’s. As the year continue I’m working on getting my grades up and if necessary I’ve decided to take some classes in summer school to get my gpa. All I ask for is for one coach to believe in me and I will not let you down.
