Personal Statement
Hello,
My name is Hayden Wendt. I recently finished my junior year of football at New Albany High School. My freshman and sophomore seasons were at Pickerington Central High School. I played mostly at noseguard my junior year and at left tackle my sophmore season. I first started working out with a personal trainer in May of 2018. At the time, my bench press was 210 pounds and my weight was 250 pounds. After twelve months of dedication and hard work, I increased my bench press to 315 pounds and my weight increased to 270 pounds. I plan to continue my training to improve my strength, speed and skills as I go into my senior year.
As I consider college, I am looking for a school that has a strong academic reputation first. I am also interested in a school that is a good fit for me athletically, has a strong team environment and that matches my academic goals.
