Personal Statement

 My name is Tyron Thomas and I am a 5'11" 270lbs 1B/DH that has amazing footwork.  I a graduating Senior at Hightower High School in Fort Bend ISD and play for Gap2Gap baseball travel program.  As a first baseman, my incredible stretch allows the ball to reach the glove and players become out. This game has all my respect. I love it with a passion. This is my voice the way the ball sounds off my bat is how I speak. Many refer to me as the next Big Hurt. I have been coached by many great coaches who have made me the player I am today. As I keep getting stronger and faster I will reach my goal of becoming the player I want to be. I'm  the kid that is not looking to be compared to someone, I want to make a name of my own. I work hard because that is the only way I know to become great and help programs be great.  Looking forward to hearing from you.
