Personal Statement
As a 3 year varsity player and 2 year team captain I have a work ethic unlike no other. I have played football ever since I was in the third grade. My freshman year I tore a ligament in my thumb as a quarterback. Nothing has ever made me work harder for anything in my life. I worked my butt off and came back with a different mentality. Doing so, I helped turn a 2-7 team into a 7-2 team going to the playoffs three years in a row for the first time in a decade. I am a team player. I can play on every side of the ball. You name it; receiver, safety, holder, kickoff, kick return, I will lay my body on the line for my team. I am top 10% in my class with a 4.96 GPA proving that student-athlete is a top priority to me along with building my teammates up in order to succeed together as one.
