Personal Statement
I play quarterback for the Ketchikan Kings and I have been the starting varsity quarterback for all 4 years. I am also a multi-position player, with experience at linebacker and fullback. Our season ended 6-1 where I threw for over 1560 yards with 27 touchdown passes.
My total awards for my senior year are as follows...
- 1st Team All-State Quarterback Div III
- 2nd Team All-State Offensive Player of the Year Div III
- 1st Team All-Conference Quarterback
- 1st Team All-Conference Offensive Player of the Year
- Shriner's Alaska All-Star Game - South Team Offensive MVP
- MVP for 2 out of 4 of our Senior year home games
I was invited to play in the Shriner's Alaska All-Stars game (North vs South). It is like the Pro Bowl for Alaska High School Football. Invitations are sent to the top seniors in the state. After the game I was awarded Offensive MVP for Team South.

I spend most of my free time in the weight room. I play basketball and throw the shot put and discus for our track team. I earned 1st place in our Conference for shot put, and competed in shot put and discus at the State meet last spring.
This past summer, I attended a Boise State football camp with my coach and team, as well as the All Alaska High School Football Camp in Palmer, AK, where I earned 2nd place QB honors. I finished out the summer with day camps at Wisconsin Lutheran in Milwaukie, and University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA.
I love football and to be able to play at the collegiate level is my goal. I learn plays quickly and work hard to get them memorized. I look forward to hearing from some colleges that can give me both academic and football opportunities.
