Personal Statement

I started playing youth football at the age of 12. I always had the passion to play football since the age of 7. I entered Midwood High School as a starting Defensive End. In my freshmen year, I dominated the field with 20 tackles, 2 sacks, 1 fumble recovery and I scored one touch down at the end of the game. During my sophomore year, I  practiced with the Varsity Team for the entire football camp. This opportunity allowed me to grow on the team and show my skills. I learned what it takes to be challenged and work hard. This experience help me advanced in my position.

My commitment and discipline will afford me an opportunity to play college football at a prestigious college. I work hard and play hard and never give up on my dream to play on a college field. I am looking for a program/school that is equally fit academically and athletically. I want to prove my leadership on and off the field. Playing football for college, will show how hard I can work, my character and teamwork. I can be part of a team that I can show brotherhood and commitment to.

My academic goal is to succeed in a program in college to get a degree that I can benefit from in life. Athletically, I want to dominate the field and show my skills. I want to be able to help the team to the championship. Practice and being focus will take me to the next level of a student-athlete.
