Josh is an athletic SS/OF who has a promising future on the diamond. At SS, defensive abilities are well above average as he displays smooth / athletic actions. Feet are active as he works around balls and plays through with his body. Glove action is clean and presents well out front. In the OF, defensive abilities are well above average as well. He takes proper routes / angles in tracking down balls and works to get behind, playing through with momentum to his target. Range will increase as he improves foot quickness. Throws are accurate with on line zip (87 mph velocity) to his target. At the plate, he continues to shine, displaying outstanding power potential through an athletic setup. Hands are quick and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields with gap-to-gap pop. With 2 years to further develop, Josh has potential with time and room to progress his game.

Hello, my name is Josh Holland. I am currently a R-SO at Louisburg College, a Division 2 JUCO in North Carolina. My goal is to find a 4 year school that is in need of transfer middle infielder by the fall of 2025. I am a team first guy with a gritty play style and just want to make an impact for a competitive program. I also have an Associate‘s Degree in Business with a 4.0 GPA.
