Personal Statement

My name is Justin Wilda and I am a 6' 190 lb, OLB graduating in 2020. I have had a passion for football since I started playing at 6 years old.  My goal is to compete at the highest level possible while continuing my education in the biology field.  I am a natural athlete and leader on and off the field. I know how to read an offense and make the play.  I pride myself to always work hard.   I am an impact player for my team and have changed the momentum of the game,  and I will be an impact player for you.  I will make the plays when they come my way.  As a Sophomore, I was able to play at the Varsity Level, behind some really exceptional players.  I experienced the speed and intensity at an early start.  As a Junior I stepped up to be a leader for our defense.  I lead the team in tackles and tackles for loss for the season.  My Senior season I was selected as Captain from my teammates and coaches.  We finished the season 8-4 making it to the quarterfinals in a tough 5A division.  I was selected as All-Region 1st Team Linebacker and Defensive MVP Player of the Year.

Off the field, I enjoy the outdoors, fishing, hiking, camping,  and spending time with my family and friends.
