Personal Statement

Focus, hard work, dedication and taking pride in everything I do, best define who I am as a person and student athlete. Sustaining a high academic GPA in rigorous academic classes, and pushing myself to get better on the field as a leader and athlete is were my passion lies. Education and sports are an integral part of who I am. They have partly defined me from age 5 to the present.  Both have taught me that competition, teamwork and mastering situations I can control breed success and winning. 

Ultimately these tangibles have prepared me to be a very coachable athlete that is willing to compete at any level in college. As a RB and OLB, I have an innate ability to read well and make the right decision on the field. I take what they give me and "move the chains." Furthermore, I understand what it means to be a program player. I believe that success in football happens when I do my best to get better and do everything I can to support the growth and betterment of players and the program.
