Personal Statement

I have been playing football since I was in the 2nd grade under the flag football league.  I then moved into a tackling football league within a different county due to the fact that the community I reside in did not offer this sport for my age group.   While playing, I also attended numerous football camps which include; Akron Zips, Kansas City Chiefs Charles Fields, Glenville High School, etc.  I attended various speed and agility programs and I worked out with a Quarterback Coach to assist with my footwork and throwing mechanics in Jr. High School. I have a high drive to achieve the best that I can in every sport that I play.  

My Dad was my youth football coach, who worked with me on and off the field.  He instilled in me that football is a team sport and I should always perform at my highest potential, never look back and own my performance.  He also taught me that integrity is one of the most important things a young man can have in life and nobody can take that away from you. 

I work very hard for my academic achievements, which include being on the honor roll.  I would appreciate any consideration that would allow me the opportunity to prove that I have what it takes to be an asset to your team.
