Personal Statement

Hello, my name is Elijah Rosenthal an I'm currently enrolled at Wallenpaupack Area High School.  I have a great passion for the game of basketball and love playing the guard position's.  I really excel at playing off the ball but play point guard mostly, because I strive to be a leader on the court and truly enjoy getting all my teammates involved.  I've always been unselfish and take pride in being an all around team player but know when the time is right to score.  Basketball has been a huge part of my life since 3rd grade, I fell in love with this sport early on. Through the years I’ve continued to improve my strength and skillset, by attending elite camps, weight training, playing AAU for multiple teams and levels, including playing in NCAA certified events.  I'm a hard worker and very committed to my education, an always looking to elevate my knowledge on and off the court.  I possess the character and morals instilled by my parents to represent myself, an any schools program in a positive way.  I am a "Great" candidate for the recruiting process and dedicated to achieving my goal of playing college basketball..
