Personal Statement
I have been playing football my whole life. I started out playing flag football and then moved on to junior tackle where I worked my way through the ranks and became a starting halfback my last 2 years with the program. As a Freshman in High School, I continued to work hard and earned the starting job as the half back as well and continue to hit the weight room and keep my grades up at the same time all while staying on the honor roll. I enjoy playing the game and giving 100% every play and fighting until the finish. During my Sophomore year this year, in addition to Running Back I also became more involved in Special Teams and even played a little defensive line. I attended several football camps prior to the season starting which helped to increase my performance. My grades are still high and I continue to work out. My new challenge this year is that I joined the High School basketball team. The quick burst of running short distances quick seems to be great for football as well.
