Personal Statement
My name is Kieron Pender but my peers call me "KP." What drives me forward to be more valuable than next athlete is that I compete at the highest level and was train all my life to do "D1 reps" meaning never stop competing at the highest level no matter what the situation is because if you don't compete at the highest level then there is someone else working harder and faster for the same spot your striving to get, so I don't let my guard down for nobody with no mercy. I have been playing football since I was seven years old and plan to continue doing football as far as it takes me.
I will accomplish any assignment that I'm assigned as a linebacker, and looking towards to be next linebacker to compete in NCAA football in the year of 2020. I also plan to major in the field of engineering when I get into college. I've been practicing and dealing with engineering since I was in the fourth grade and ever since then engineering became a passion. I'm a member of my high school's robotics club member and I plan continue to do it for the rest of my high school career. My robotics club have been in a major completion called FRC (First Robotics Competition) in Los Angeles, CA and competed with some of the best high schools in the country. I attend AP classes because I don't just compete at the highest level on the field, athletically, but also off the field, academically.
Throughout my football career so far I've trained with the best, played with the best, and competed against the best, so no matter what the situation is I will handle any challenge that is thrown at me with the help of my lord and savior Jesus Christ. I've been trough the best of times and the worst of times. I've been to a high school championship game and earned a ring, I've been to multiple championships and won when I was in little league football, but I've also been in seasons where we didn't even make playoffs. Without football in my life I wouldn't be the same person that Jesus Christ has made me to be to this day by forming me to a boy into a man who has dedication , self-discipline, and determination in his heart.
