Personal Statement
I knew I wanted to play football since I was 4 years old. I always looked up to my brother, because he played football. I would play with him and his friends in the backyard which gave me the opportunity to show my skill against the older kids. I did not care if I was tackled or got hurt. That’s when I knew I had the passion for the sport of football. I also wrestled for 9years and played Lacrosse for 6 years which contributed greatly to my football abilities. I am 100% driven, dedicated, motivated and determined, whether it's training to get faster, stronger, or being a student of the game. I play both sides of the ball and I am very versatile. I was named All-state RB in PA and 1st team all area DB. I am also captain of my football team as a Junior. As a Captain I focus on leading by example. I bring good energy and momentum for the team during practice, games, and in school. Football encourages me to be a great student as well. It gives me the incentive to work hard and do my best in the classroom to maintain my grades and reach my goal of becoming a true student athlete. I am motivated and determined to progress and succeed in all that I do while remaining disciplined, humble and gracious for any opportunity that is presented to me. Outside of the football field, I coach football Friday’s a youth football program for players from grades k-8th. This camp helps young players that want to excel in the sport. I am blessed to participate in a youth camp helping kids that have the same love of football as I did as a kid. I was also a representative of Aevidum and Sportsmanship and Character workshop for my school. I consider myself to be a well rounded individual with future goals to pursue my education in business marketing as well as my football aspirations at a college that will provide me with the opportunity to graduate, and have a successful future.
