Personal Statement
I would make a good candidate for a college team because I always try to be the hardest worker on the field, I always try to be the best leader I can be. In my junior season, I was voted captain by my team. To me there is nothing more important than team. I will do my best on and off the field. My collegiate goals are to be a starting college quarterback. I will work as hard as I have to, to get to my goal. I am not 100% sure what I want to do with my life, after college. I am leaning towards Sports Management. I have been taught that my school work comes first, so I work just as hard in the classroom as I do on the football field. I have just completed my Junior season at Morris Catholic High School in Denville, NJ.
I have learned that if you believe in yourself and work hard enough any goals are possible. Michael Burton is from my home town. He was a walk on at Rutgers and became a starter and team captain. He was drafted by the Detroit Lions of the NFL. He has taught me the meaning of hard work and believing.
