Pierce was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in NC on March 11, 2018. First off, Pierce has a tremendous frame for his age. He could pass for a varsity tight end and he is only a freshman. Starting form is good and he is reaching through well. Powerful for his age with strong hands. Love to see Pierce focus on getting his lower half fully involved to gain more overall speed on the ball. Slow motion drills will help a ton to get his snap speeds under .85 by VEGAS XXXII in May. The ceiling on Pierce is way, way up there. I am telling you right now, keep a very close eye on this kid.

Mandeville High School Long Snapper, Oden Pierce, was declared a standout participant at the Rubio Long Snapping Camp in Midlothian, Texas on Sunday, March 26, 2017. Pierce, class of 2021, competed with approximately 75 participants from Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Connecticut, Idaho, Illinois, Mississippi and Kansas. Snappers gathered at Midlothian Heritage High School in Midlothian, Texas to learn from the best and get the most exposure possible to college coaches. Rubio Long Snapping will return to Texas this summer. “Oden Pierce is a 2021 Long Snapper with good length and lots of upside. Impressive throughout the day.” said instructor Chris Rubio.
