Personal Statement
My goal is to attend college at the highest academic / athletic level and get my degree in sports business management.
Athletics:
I truly feel that my desire to compete at the highest level is an asset. I have been in combine camps where I have typically been the youngest there. I have learned so much from former NFL & Collegiate coaches and players. I have applied the techniques, training and fundamental skills that I have been taught to my game play. These valuable lessons has helped me uneven the playing field; even my coaches say that I'm advanced. They ask my dad to coach; but he perfers training; so he trains my sister, my two cousins (they play football too) and I.
I hope one day it will all pay off.
Academics:
My current gpa is 3.6, I'm in many school programs i.e. student peer mediation "prevent bullying" program; step & dance program & chior singing program. I also attend tutoring twice a week for advanced placement. My Dad and Mom both taught me and my little sister the value of an education; we (my sister and I) cannot be in any extracurricular activities if our grades drop below 3.5 gpa. My little sister dance (ballet & tap) for a dance academy and she Is a cheerleader for our school.
Additional note - volunteering:
I have done volunteer reading to younger kids age ranging from 3 to 6 years old.
