Personal Statement

Unlike everybody, football wasn't my first sport, which taught me a lot. Since I started playing freshman year I had to learn faster than everybody else. This taught me a lot about having a hard work ethic. This also taught me how to use my field IQ to my advantage. Since I'm undersized I've taught myself how to perfect my technique and use my IQ. 
At the same time, football has also taught me how to be a better man. It taught me how to have discipline and at the same time communicate. I find that one of my best skills on the field other than my IQ is my communication. I make sure that all of my teammates on the line know what to do when the time comes. Overall I think that my leadership, communication, IQ, and work ethic proves to make me a top athlete.
