Personal Statement

Football is my passion, and I’m driven by the goal of competing at the Division I level as a linebacker. I thrive on the intensity of the game and the opportunity to contribute to a program’s success through relentless effort, discipline, and leadership.

I bring a combination of hard work, tenacity, teamwork, and adaptability to everything I do—on and off the field. I am coachable, take direction quickly, and am always looking to grow. Academically, I hold myself to the highest standards. I maintain a 4.0+ GPA while taking a rigorous course load that includes Honors and AP classes, and I am a proud member of the National Honor Society.

Athletically, I constantly challenge myself to improve. I train year-round, work with private trainers, and seek out elite programs to refine my skills and raise my level of play. As a freshman, I was the only one in my class to dress and play in a varsity game—where I scored a touchdown on my first play and followed it up with a sack on defense. As a sophomore, I became the only sophomore starter on varsity, playing both sides of the ball and serving as the team’s punter.

What sets me apart is my football instinct. While others may match my size and speed, my ability to read plays and react with precision creates real impact on the field. My performance has earned me high-level recognition and honors, and I’m only getting started.

I’m grounded by my faith, family, and the teammates I consider brothers. I surround myself with people who reflect strong moral character, and I believe respect, humility, and love for the game are the foundation of great leadership.
