Personal Statement

Playing sports in college has always been a dream of mine.  I remember going to my cousins college football games when I was younger and that got me wanting to follow his footsteps.  Being a two sport athlete it is important that I find a school that will allow me to pursue both passions.  Football is my main sport I really enjoy playing both WR and DB, but I love track and field just as much.  I am a sprinter and currently ranked in the top 5 in the nation in the 55 meter dash the 60 meter dash the 200 meter dash the 300 meter dash and the triple jump.  What make me a good candidate is that I am coachable and I am willing to play where I am needed to help the team win.  What sets me apart from others is that I have been attending a college prep school since 1st grade and it has prepared me for the hard work that will come with being a college athlete.  I am organized so that I can get my school work done in a timely fashion so that I can spend my free time training and getting better.
