Personal Statement

My goal is twofold. First to play football at the college level so that I can continue to grow as an athlete. Second to fulfill my desire to get my Bachelors Degree from a school with a great academic history. As an athlete, I'm hard working as supported by earning my Varsity Letter (2024), being named the 2024 Most Improved Defensive Player of the Year, and being recognized as the M.V.P. for the Defensive Line at the Prep Redzone Showcase (December 2024). On May 3, 2025 I attended Football University (FBU) - Indianapolis Combine.  I was chosen as one of the 5 Defensive Linemen for the DL/OL Showcase of all who attended. In addition I was invited to attend the F.B.U. Top Gun Camp this Summer in Florida. 

I continue to improve myself as I take mostly Honors Courses (3.32 GPA as of 01/16/2025). I take weight training as an elective. I run indoor and outdoor track when Football Season is over. I have a gym membership outside of school. On February 6, 2025 I donated blood at school blood drive for the very first time.

I take Coaching as it helps me elevate both mine and the team's performance. I would offer your/my team additional support in the areas of leadership and character (Freshman Football Team Co-Captain-Defense 2022, Eagle Scout with Troop 18 Indianapolis, IN December 15, 2022). Finally, I know I'm the best athlete, leader, and student for your school. Thank you all for your consideration.
