Personal Statement

When I was 6, I had total love for the sport. I started playing actual football three years later with a little league association. Since then, I have always wanted to play in a packed stadium with people who had the same love for the sport I do. I've been through injuries and many different obstacles. My Freshman year I was hyped that the season was starting and that I could show them how good I really am, I was then put on the B team. I put in the work and got some A team playing time thinking I was onto the A team Leaving the past in my past, I was wrong. My size made me stand out and during that moment I had thought everyone was passing me and I was being left in the dust. On the B team I recorded about three catches for barely any yards. I realized that to be good you must work well. Since the end of the season, I've worked day in and day out trying to be the best on the field. Just because I was on the B team and was looked down didn't mean that I couldn't pass them. I've never given up since.
