Hillstock has breakaway speed when running routes and has a great ability to go up and high point the football when making a contested catch.
Hillstock turned in a big night for the Green Wave, notching seven catches for 158 yards and a pair of scores, including an 83-yarder. Stoker threw for 255 yards and three touchdowns, and added 69 yards and another score on the ground.
Matthew Hillstock - 156 State, 15 Position
Hillstock isn’t tiny, necessarily, but at 5-foot-9 and 165 pounds, he’s not pushing the limits of the position, either. Easley struggled a bit this fall, but the offense produced as a much more consistent clip when he was on the field. In his eight games

Overcoming an early-season injury, HIllstock had a breakout season in 2024 leading the Green Wave with 44 catches for 631 yards and 5 TDs despite catching passes from three different QBs.

Personal Statement
I am passionate about sports and dedicated to excelling both on and off the field. I enjoy playing football (WR, P), soccer (RB), and basketball (PG). Academically, I maintain a 4.808 weighted GPA and am a proud member of the National Honor Society and the National Technical Honor Society. My goal is to become a Mechanical Engineer and continue my sports career at the collegiate level. Off the field, I am actively involved in my church youth group and student council, and I serve as a Student Ambassador for my high school.
