Personal Statement
My name is Drew Diaz and I am a 6’2 combo guard at Mount Saint Michael Academy in New York. I am 17 years old and have been playing basketball for 13 years. It would be a great honor to earn a scholarship to play basketball in college. In basketball, I am known for my high basketball IQ, shooting, leadership, and playmaking skills on every team I have been on. I am also not afraid to play hard defense and get in the paint to rebound. I also take care of things in the classroom. In my two years of high school, I have maintained a 97.9 average and have a weighted average of 100 with all honors classes.
