Personal Statement

I have a passion for football, playing it, watching it, learning about it, college and professional alike. I began playing football at the age of 7 and have the good fortune to still be playing today. Through the years I have developed a strong work ethic, and am dedicated to doing a good job every time, not just on game days. I often look forward to helping a colleague, teacher, or friend if I'm able. I stand firm in my values which include honesty, working hard, and living a Christ centered life which can be seen through I carry and conduct myself. I'm also academically strong, as I believe in education and have excelled in all honors-based classes and continued to have honors placement in all core classes. For all the reasons above, I feel I'm a good candidate for any college athletic program.
