Personal Statement

My name is Anterrio Thornton Jr., and I’m a 2027 offensive guard/center standing 6'1" and weighing 280 lbs. I currently play football for Miami Central Senior High school. I know that success on the field starts with discipline, dedication, and work ethic—qualities I bring to every snap and every practice. Whether I’m protecting the quarterback or creating lanes for the run game, I take pride in being a physical, smart, and coachable lineman who plays with heart and grit.

Academically, I hold a 3.30 GPA on a 4.0 scale, and I’m committed to excelling both in the classroom and on the field. I understand the importance of balancing academics with athletics and striving to be a leader in both areas.

I’m looking for a college program that will challenge me to grow as a player, student, and man. My goal is to compete at the next level and make an impact from day one.
