The first hour of camp is devoted to our Combine School. We will be teaching the proper fundamentals and techniques for the 40-yard dash, vertical jump, broad jump, shuttle, 3-cone drill, and end with flexibility/mobility training. Camp Practice Schedule: Stretch 25 minutes of individual work Break 10 minutes of Group Work 20 minutes of Competition/1-on-1 drills Break 10 minutes of individual work 25 minutes of Team Drills (7-on-7)
