Personal Statement

My Collegiate goal is to get a good education while playing the sport(s) I love. I value my learning a lot and going forward in my life I think I would love to be in the teaching scene. I also love sports and love coaching as well as managing sports and different teams. My whole Life I have been a multi-sport athlete and I used to play 4-6 sports at a time (Baseball, Golf, Hockey, Tennis, Curling, Track/Field, Volleyball). With this I have also developed really good leadership as I was the captain for my school hockey team and the assistant captain for my hockey team outside of school. As I've got older I have started to focus more on golf and baseball (Here is my golf NCSA link:https://recruit-match.ncsasports.org/clientrms/athletes/10664677)as they were always my favourite and they are what I feel I excelled at the most. I believe I am a good candidate for any team because I work hard, I prioritize school and marks will never be an issue. Unlike many people that focus on one sport, I have always done multiple things which offer a lot of different skill sets. I also have had many accomplishments in my other sports; For example: my school hockey team has won LOSSA while I was the captain, baseball team has came 2nd in provincials 4 years in row in the AA division for the OBA, I made it to OFSAA in my grade 10 year for golf and placed 30th in the high school division. As you can see I can offer many things to the sports program on and off the field for many reasons like experience, leadership, athletic ability and academic ability.
