Personal Statement

I was first introduced to football at four years old by my dad. At that time, I played multiple positions; quarterback and defensive end. Being a coach's son, I learned the importance of hard work, discipline, and being a team player. It also taught me that if you don't put in the work, you won't be able to achieve your goals, so I always strive to work hard.  

I apply those same principles in the classroom. I maintain a 3.5 GPA with excellent attendance and complete all classwork in a timely manner. I understand that football is just one part of my journey. Education is the most important aspect for me as a student- athlete, because without good grades football would not be possible.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Therefor when choosing a college to attend after high school, I am looking for a place where I can further my education while also playing football at the  highest level of my ability and building lasting relationship with my coaches, teammates, and other students that will last a lifetime.
