Personal Statement

My name is Elias Gillen, I'm 6'6" 300 lbs and play offensive tackle, and I am currently a junior at Rapid City Stevens high school.  I have aspirations to play at the next level and do what it takes to be the best athlete I can be. I would be a good fit because of my work ethic and my mindset to be the best athlete I can be. I'm different from the others because of my ability to not be distracted, I just put my head down and work hard. I use this in all aspects of my life which is why I have a 4.0 gpa and I take my education seriously. That work ethic also allowed me to be on starting varsity since my sophomore year. Overall all I feel I can be a great athlete for any football team.
