Personal Statement

Dear Recruiter,

My name is Teagan Haretuku, and I am a Samoan/Māori incoming freshman. I believe I would be a strong asset to your college football team.

At 6’2” and 275 pounds, I am a strong and powerful athlete. However, my talents don’t stop there. I also have exceptional agility on the field. My hard work and dedication to training have helped me become a top performer in my current football program.

Aside from my physical prowess, I am also a good student with a 3.5 GPA. I believe that education is just as important as athletics, and I strive to maintain a balance between both.

I understand that I am still a young athlete, but my love for the game and my potential to excel cannot be denied. Please consider me when recruiting for your college football team. I am excited about the opportunity to continue my growth as a player and learn from the best coaches and players in college football.
