Personal Statement

As a coachable and respectful player with excellent communication skills, I believe I would be a valuable asset to your team. My positive attitude and ability to stay composed under pressure sets me apart from other players and allows me to be a leader on and off the ice. As a solid defenseman, I have a strong understanding of the game and am able to make smart, strategic plays to protect our net and keep the puck out of harm's way.  I am skilled at making clean passes to initiate smooth breakouts and am not afraid to contribute to the rush when the opportunity presents itself. I tend to be a PK and in-front-of-the-net player. Although my stats may not show it, my actions on the ice do. I keep a level head on and off the ice. With lots of dedication and experience in the game, I am committed to continuing to improve my skills and make a positive impact on your program. I am confident that I have the talent, drive, and leadership potential to help lead your team to success.
