Personal Statement

I am a person who is enthusiastic, easy to sympathize with, and a passionate leader. As I look forward to what God has in store for my loved ones and myself, I see myself flourishing every day. In terms of my leadership skills, I have the potential and the ability to communicate clearly, motivate my team, handle and delegate responsibilities, listen to feedback, and have the flexibility to solve problems in an ever-changing environment. My greatest passion is personal growth, which I utilize by defining my goals, prioritizing them, creating a personal growth plan, and implementing my personal growth plan to acquire new skills and knowledge. These components of life are aimed at improving my character, enhancing my skill set, and strengthening my abilities such as better communication skills, creating personal boundaries, making tough decisions, and achieving my personal goals.
