Personal Statement

From a young age, I have been passionate about golf. My dad introduced me to the sport early on, and I quickly developed a love for the game—especially after making my first eagle in 5th grade and winning my first Under Armour competition in 6th grade. In 8th grade, I qualified for state, shot an 80, and finished 14th overall. My high school career has been off to a strong start. I have been a varsity starter since my freshman year, and in my sophomore year, I shot a 72 at sectionals, placed 7th, and qualified for state. I am confident in my ability to contribute at the collegiate level, bringing dedication, a strong work ethic, and a competitive mindset to any team. My goal is to continue developing as a player, competing at the highest level, and ultimately pursuing my dream of playing in the Masters one day.
