Personal Statement
My name is Lucas Stevens and I attend Eisenhower High School. I am a good candidate for teams because I understand my role and can adapt to the game based on the situation. I also have a way of convincing people to work for me with the ultimate goal in mind being the teams success. I’m different from other recruits because a coach will never have to worry about academic eligibility with me because I have had a 4.0 GPA through all my academic career. I train 3-4 times a day 4-5 days a week and have figured out how to create balance in my training with recovery exercises whether that be yoga, plyometrics, stretching, rest, ice baths, heat, or low impact lifting.
