Personal Statement

One of the biggest lesson my entire life, while playing football is that my academic performance has made me the athlete I am today. I have a 3.7 GPA and know the importance of getting and managing good grades, while also playing a sport I love. I have learned a lot from working in a NFL style program under my head coach who is a ex NFL player who demands accountability on and off the field. 

I know that the key to my success this far is being a hard worker. This alone has provided me with leadership qualities which have helped me through my workouts, my games, my education. Even a leader has room for improvement in order to get better. This is one thing I've always heard from all my coaches, football and wrestling, that I am very coachable and determined.
