Personal Statement

My name is David Murphy. I’ve been playing football since I was 9 years old, and I’ve always had a love for the game. I play both offensive and defensive line, and I bring aggressive energy every time I’m on the field. I’m known for being a hard-hitter who doesn’t back down and goes full speed until the whistle blows.

My goal is to play college football and earn a degree that sets me up for the future. What makes me stand out is my mindset—I’m physical, focused, and I compete with intensity on every snap. I take pride in being the kind of player who sets the tone and brings toughness to the team.

Off the field, I stay disciplined with my schoolwork and respect my coaches and teammates. I’m coachable, dependable, and always ready to put in the work.
