Rubio Long Snapping Camp (Fall 2023)

Aaron had a solid day at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in New Jersey on December 17, 2023. He is a mechanically sound long snapper that does a great job involving his entire body in the snap. He is very accurate and loves to prove it in pressure situations. I love Aaron's coachability and his eagerness to improve. He continues to get better and better and it's very clear he is working hard on drillwork. I would like to see Aaron work on getting his eyes through a little bit quicker in his snap and generate a little more bend on his elbow drive. Both these things will help Aaron achieve a faster, more accurate snap. I can't wait to see his continued progress at Vegas XLIII in January and beyond.

Aaron has a great frame for his age and is getting the ball back at 14 yards no problem. He does a great job keeping his eyes through and finishing his hands deep in his snap. As he continues to grow and get stronger, I have no doubt that Aaron is going to be dominating camps. I can't wait to see Aarons improvement at his next Rubio Long Snapping event."

Personal Statement
Hello, my name is Aaron Coates, and I am part of the 2027 graduating class. As for my academic performance I’m proud to state that I have a 3.0 GPA and hold Honor Roll status. I am involved in my school’s student government program. My favorite subjects that I am considering for a college major are Sports Medicine or , Sports Management.
When it comes to football, you will learn I have the same high performance on the field as well. . I am the starting Long snapper for the varisty team. I have always been very passionate about football, I am very coachable, and always show great hustle on the field. As a result, I have a high football IQ and I know who every player needs to do on every play. To further help my football development, I regularly attend local skill position camps, I was invited and participated in Football University’s Top Gun camps in Naples, Florida and I also attend Rubio & Kohls Long snapping camps as well. I started to seriously started to hit the gym to help ensure that I am always in game ready shape. Thank you for your time.
